  • OSS/BSS & Provisioning Alignment: Map and migrate network inventory data, customer service orders, and subscriber data from legacy systems to central platforms; standardize automated provisioning workflows (including ONT activation and service fulfillment).
  • NOC Consolidation & Fault Monitoring: Establish Day 1 telemetry over VPN/MPLS/interconnect; absorb acquired components into the enterprise NOC platform; standardize alarm pipelines, syslog tracking, and SNMP traps into central queues.
  • Field Operations Systems & Runbooks: Merge workforce management software, truck-roll triggers, and CPE swap processes; consolidate operational runbooks, escalation matrix rules, change management templates, and spare-parts logistics.
  • Governance & Cutover Execution: Author comprehensive Methods of Procedure (MOPs), migration schedules, and rollback plans; inventory overlapping software licensing, transport leases, and support contracts.

  • Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency in OSS/BSS frameworks, network inventory databases, automated provisioning platforms, and fault-monitoring software (e.g., SolarWinds, Grafana, Splunk, or vendor-specific EMS).
  • Network Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IP routing protocols, transport backhaul, security infrastructure, subscriber access methods (GPON/XGS-PON, Fixed Wireless, Metro Ethernet), and multi-vendor hardware (e.g., Cisco, Nokia, Calix).
