Job summary

Quarterhill Inc. seeks an experienced IT Integration Lead to drive the technology integration lifecycle for our M&A activities.

You will bridge corporate strategy and technical execution, guiding assessment, planning, and the seamless integration of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, data assets, and security postures of acquired companies. You will lead due diligence, integration strategy, system consolidation, vendor management, and risk harmonization while ensuring data governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or PMO.
• 3–4 years specifically in M&A IT integrations and carve-outs.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, cloud, IAM, and cybersecurity considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence for M&A targets, evaluating IT landscape and risks.
• Develop phased IT integration roadmaps aligned with deal value and synergies.
• Oversee consolidation or migration of enterprise apps, cloud environments, and identity systems.
• Collaborate with executives, corporate development, and vendors for alignment.
• Harmonize security, compliance (SOC 2, PCI, GDPR) and data governance.
• Direct secure data migration and maintain data integrity.
• Establish post‑day-one hypercare and transition to internal IT teams.
