Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience leading integrations, enterprise programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, or value-creation initiatives preferred.
• Strong ability to influence, drive decisions, and hold senior stakeholders accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration process from diligence completion through full stabilization.
• Translate diligence findings and commitments into an integration strategy and plan.
• Lead cross-functional integration teams with clear priorities and accountability.
• Serve as the central point for integration decisions, risks, and issue resolution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
