SunSource is seeking an M&A Business Development Market Manager to drive profitable growth by leading acquisition opportunities across Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Automation, and related sectors.

The role collaborates with Sales, Legal, HR, Finance, and other teams to manage due diligence, negotiation, and integration, delivering value through a full lifecycle approach. Travel up to 50% is expected, with remote/home-based options near a major airport.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of buy-side M&A experience in industrial distribution or related sectors a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build valuation models and scenario analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in focused technology sectors (fluid power, fluid process, automation).
• Lead due diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to SunSource's senior leadership and Board of Directors.
• Coordinate deal negotiations and post-acquisition performance management.
• Collaborate across Sales, Legal, HR, Finance, and other functions to execute the acquisition strategy.
