Qualifications

• Familiarity with M&A lifecycle or IT integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT workstreams across the M&A lifecycle (due diligence to post-close).
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, and systems for integration needs.
• Translate requirements into process flows, user stories, and specs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track milestones and risks.
• Assist with systems assessments across enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
• Develop KPIs, synergies, and transaction-value measures.
• Prepare reports and leadership updates.
• Facilitate sessions and document decisions.
