Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least five years in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Experience across IT architecture, infrastructure, assessment, and strategy development.
• Track record with directors or above and client-facing documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑acquisition IT diligence on ERP, WMS, CRM, and related systems.
• Analyze enterprise architecture, lifecycle, budgets, and personnel factors.
• Design merger‑integration and carve‑out plans for IT infrastructure.
• Lead Day‑1 and 100‑day integration and monitor outcomes.
• Manage IT performance improvement and cloud‑spend optimization.
• Provide interim IT infrastructure and operations management when needed.
• Engage in transition service agreement negotiations and governance.
• Collaborate with Directors and above to align tech with portfolio goals.
