Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT seeks an experienced IT M&A leader to drive the full IT lifecycle for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and program governance. You will partner with Business Development and other functions to shape deal strategy while maintaining high confidentiality and executive presence.

This role demands deep IT systems knowledge, cross-functional leadership across distributed teams, and hands-on experience with pre- and post-close

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 14 years of enterprise IT experience, with M&A integration leadership.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ITGC and SOX in acquisitions.
• Experience in divestitures, TSA, and integration planning.

Aufgaben

• Lead IT M&A function across pre-close due diligence and post-close integration.
• Direct IT due diligence, assess infrastructure, applications, security, and operations.
• Develop IT integration plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee post-close IT integration across infrastructure and data migration.
• Provide executive updates and governance reporting.
• Own IT M&A budget estimates and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance and IT controls in every deal.
