Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure integration success while managing timelines and budgets.

The role requires 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with a focus on M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and decisions.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets.
