Job summary

MCI is seeking an M&A Transaction Manager specializing in Operational Strategy and Diligence to evaluate target companies, identify efficiency opportunities, and plan smooth integrations. You will work with cross-functional teams to uncover synergies, address risks, and build value-focused post-deal roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations consulting or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in operations consulting or BPO operations.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational assessments in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational due diligence to assess business capabilities, process efficiency, and cost structures.
• Evaluate operational synergies and develop post-transaction implementation roadmaps.
• Provide strategic recommendations on operational readiness, scalability, and integration planning.
• Identify areas for performance improvement and design initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Support change management during integration phases to ensure smooth transitions.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor integration progress and track synergy realization after deal closure.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, depending on project scope.
