Day 1 and Operational Readiness
  • Drive Day 1 planning across functions to ensure seamless continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Create readiness checklists, identify interdependencies, and proactively mitigate integration risks.
  • Manage logistics, communications, and onboarding between legacy and acquiring organizations.
Post‑Close Integration & Transformation Execution

  • Support executive steering committees with progress updates, issue tracking, and decision support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and escalation handling.
Leadership & Capability Building

  • Share integration best practices and support the development of future M&A integration capabilities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff and functional leaders involved in the integration.
