MCI is seeking a strategic and versatile M&A Transaction Advisor to guide end‑to‑end deal execution across its US operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to lead diligence, integration planning, and value realization in fast‑paced environments.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in M&A advisory or corporate strategy, with strong project management, executive presence, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years in M&A advisory, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Experience across multiple diligence workstreams (financial, operational, HR, IT).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of BPO operations and strategic growth levers.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong executive presence and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent M&A engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration and separation playbooks tailored to each transaction.
• Identify deal risks and design mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and alignment sessions.
• Support synergy modeling, value tracking, and post‑close performance metrics.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations and strategic reports.
