Field Nation is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to own the M&A function from origination through integration. This hands-on role will build a small, focused team as deal volume grows, guiding strategic fit, valuation, and post-close performance.

The ideal candidate has 7–12+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with strong modeling and deal-structuring skills and comfort presenting to the board.

Formación

• 7–12+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modeling skills: DCF, comparable transactions, precedent transactions, returns/LBO-style analysis.
• Proven track record structuring and closing transactions with direct diligence and deal terms.
• Ability to operate as a trusted partner to C-suite executives and sponsors/boards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex financial analysis for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end M&A function: pipeline, analysis, and deal execution.
• Lead due diligence coordination with internal teams and outside advisors.
• Lead negotiations on price, structure, and representations & warranties.
• Develop integration plans and track post-close performance against case.
• Prepare decision-ready materials for executive teams and boards.
