Job summary

Field Nation is seeking a Head of Corporate Development in Minnesota to own the M&A function end-to-end, from target origination to post-close integration. You will build financial models, assess strategic fit, and lead negotiations alongside Legal and Finance.

The role requires 7–12+ years in relevant fields, an MBA or equivalent, and a track record closing bolt-on or platform acquisitions. Join a fast-growing, data-driven marketplace platform.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with full-cycle deal experience (sourcing through integration).
• Advanced financial modeling skills: DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, returns/LBO analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal process: origination, evaluation, structuring, and closing.
• Lead due diligence coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop investment cases and board-ready materials; present to executives and boards.
• Drive post-close integration and track performance against underwriting case.
