Field Nation is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to own the M&A function end to end, from origination through integration. You will build pipelines, lead financial evaluation, and drive post-close performance across a large, distributed technician network.

The role requires 7–12+ years in relevant fields, advanced modeling, and experience with PE-backed or founder-led acquisitions. MBA preferred, with strong strategic and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• 7–12+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with full-cycle deal experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills: DCF, comps, precedent transactions, returns/LBO analysis.
• Track record closing transactions with diligence ownership and deal terms.
• Ability to translate complex financials into board-ready materials.
• Experience in a PE-backed or founder-led company with bolt-on/platform acquisitions.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Mansioni

• Own market thesis, target origination, and database for acquisitions.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence and negotiate terms with Legal and Finance.
• Prepare materials for executive review and investment committees.
• Track post-close performance and refine criteria for future deals.
