Job summary

Motion is seeking a Business Integration Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead early integration planning and oversee the execution of mergers and acquisitions. You will coordinate with leaders across the organization to drive synergies, manage cross-functional teams, and develop tools for integration tracking.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in industrial distribution or manufacturing, plus proven project management and ERP integration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technical discipline and five (5) or more years of experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing.
• Project management experience highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
• Background and experience with large scale ERP integrations.
• Background and experience with product design or manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Works with Motion group and business leaders to define and track progress toward integration objectives and synergies.
• Strategizes and develops long-term plans that drive productivity and success.
• Leads and develops the integration plans.
• Oversees team, activities and projects for assimilation across functions.
• Maintains regular reporting to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
