Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to support multiple initiatives, including operations integrations, quality remediations, process improvements, and system implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach consultants, and drive day-to-day execution of integration plans to meet objectives and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of cross-functional PM experience, with strong communication and consulting skills to navigate fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex PM initiatives.
• Experience leading M&A integration projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement M&A integration plans aligning objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and success criteria.
• Lead integration initiatives and teams to realize synergies and transitions.
• Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process and coach cross-functional teams.
• Implement the integration scorecard to track progress toward goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports for executive management on progress, risks and issues.
• Provide direction, oversight and coaching to M&A integration consultants and contractors.
• Manage project execution to deliver within the budget.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and add value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align priorities.
