Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute complex integration projects. You will liaise with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure initiatives stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance, a PMP or equivalent, and a proven ability to drive alignment and deliver executive-level artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment of processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Measure progress using PM tools and performance metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
