Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large transformation initiatives. You will liaise with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align objectives and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8–10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, strong stakeholder management, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving results and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects, aligning processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to allocate support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and mitigate to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
• Create executive-level reports and maintain governance records.
• Collaborate with business leaders across functions to drive execution.
