Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Senior Manager of Integration Task Force to lead M&A integration activities, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance. You will support administration, external auditors, and advisors through acquisition and divestiture processes across Brownfield/Greenfield projects.

Your role includes executive reporting on transactions affecting cash flow, dashboard development with Smartview, and high-stakes impairment and NOL/PPAs reviews for ENA consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics; CPA preferred
• 6+ years of work experience; supervisory role
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP FI-CO; consolidation tools like Oracle/Smartview

Responsibilities

• Review of M&A transactions and related VDR documents; prepare executive reports
• Oversee impairment process and asset useful life reviews; assess repowering issues
• Review PTC/ITC, NOLs, Tax partnerships, and PPAs in ENA consolidation scope
• Support IFR, External audit, Advisors, and Internal audit activities
• Create dashboards with Smartview; ensure GAAP/IFRS reconciliations for annual/half-year closings
• Manage adjustments from US GAAP audits and IFRS recognition
