Enel North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Integration Task Force to lead M&A integration activities and ensure GAAP alignment. The role involves preparing executive summaries, supporting audits, and guiding impairment and NOL/PPAs accounting across ENA entities.

You will collaborate with Internal Audit, External Advisors, and cross-functional teams, with travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. A CPA is preferred and SAP/SmartView experience is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of relative work experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
• CPA certification preferred but not required; strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with SAP FI-CO and consolidation tools (Oracle/Smartview).

Responsabilidades

• Review of M&A transactions and related document analysis.
• Prepare executive reports on main issues of M&A transactions (VDR).
• Oversee impairment process, asset life review, and repowering considerations.
• Review GAAP analyses (US GAAP vs IFRS) and prepare reconciliations.
• Support IFR, external audit, external advisor and internal audit activities.
• Develop dashboards using SmartView and validate adjustments from audits.
