ENGIE North America is seeking an Acquisition, Investment, and Financial Advisor Manager to develop business cases and provide project financial analyses for greenfield investments, M&A, and project financing plans. You will lead valuation, structuring guidance, and risk assessment, presenting opportunities to ENGIE leadership and driving the economics of each investment.

• 7+ years in project finance and M&A with modeling, structuring, and negotiating documents
• Broad power industry expertise across retail, energy services, renewables and generation markets
• Experience analyzing investment opportunities and presenting to leadership
• Ability to manage multiple external and internal parties to close transactions

• Develop and lead financial analyses to support greenfield, M&A, and project financing decisions
• Structure, negotiate and execute financing documents for medium to large transactions
• Present investment opportunities to ENGIE leadership and risk committees
• Coach junior team members and manage internal approvals for new commitments
