Job summary

You will build financial models, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex transactions.

The role requires seven+ years in energy, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and strong communication with executives. Hybrid in-office work is available with domestic travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in energy, renewables, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex M&A, investments, or development transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to deliver executive-ready analyses and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Develop financial models and investment scenarios to guide decisions.
• Manage transactions from initial assessment to closing with cross-functional teams.
• Lead due diligence and negotiate favorable terms with stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memoranda and governance materials for approvals.
• Sustain growth of development pipeline and evaluate market expansions.
