Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-schedule results and alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, a PMP preferred, and a proven ability to drive complex mergers from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Coordinate resources and vendors to support projects.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor milestones.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and change management.
