Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager to lead M&A integration efforts and transformation initiatives across the organization. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires 8-10+ years in P&C insurance project management, a business degree (MBA preferred), and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) is required.
• 8-10+ years P&C insurance experience in managing a book.
• MBA and PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading M&A integrations and large-scale transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and operations.
• Coordinate resources and vendor partners for successful delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans; manage risks and budgets.
• Communicate status and decisions to executive leadership.
