Established Public Company is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to drive finance-led integration efforts onsite in San Diego. You will partner with finance, accounting and business operations to support strategic initiatives and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, consulting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional finance and operational initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess risks and support implementation of effective solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization efforts, and operational efficiencies.
