Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or strategic finance
Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets
Experience with Excel (advanced), BI tools, and AI systems
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic financial models to support executive decision-making
Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for leadership, investors, and the board
Support M&A activity through due diligence, financial analysis, and deal financing
Own key revenue and cost categories, driving forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and influence business strategy
