Job summary

Qualcomm Incorporated in San Diego invites you to join its Finance Integration Management Office as a Finance Integration Lead, driving mergers and acquisitions finance integrations globally across acquired assets.

You will partner with target company finance teams, Corporate Development, Legal, and cross‑functional groups to manage workstreams, review deal analyses, monitor liquidity, and mitigate risks while advancing playbooks and AI tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5–7+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance, FP&A, external or internal audit.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proactive, ownership‑minded with ability to operate in a global environment across time zones.
• Experience supporting business unit finance teams.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or post‑merger integrations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead finance integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, from deal execution through post‑close integration.
• Prepare and review key deal analyses, including net working capital assessments, closing schedules, and purchase price considerations.
• Review projected financials, monitor liquidity and funding needs, and support forecasting for finance, treasury and accounting teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate finance‑related integration risks and design integration plans.
• Support finance project management and reporting for the Integration Management Office.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Strategic Finance and business units to ensure smooth milestone execution.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and drive process improvements in finance integration.
• Contribute to development, enhancement and standardization of Qualcomm’s finance integration playbook and tools.
• Assist in identification, design and implementation of various AI tools throughout the finance integration processes.
