Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Manager, Acquisition Integrations to lead onboarding and integration plans for newly acquired cemetery and funeral home locations, coordinating HR, IT, trust/finance, operations, and legal. You will maintain the master integration plan, track progress, and resolve cross-functional roadblocks while ensuring day-one readiness.

Travel to sites is required; strong program management, cross-functional leadership, and attention to detail are essential to integrate targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration or related programs.
• Experience coordinating post-close integration workstreams in multi-site settings.
• Proficient with project-tracking tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master integration plan and milestone tracker for each active acquisition.
• Translate onboarding requirements into a cross-functional workplan for each location.
• Lead recurring integration status meetings and drive follow-through on action items.
• Identify risks and elevate to leadership with actionable resolutions.
• Track milestones and readiness across all workstreams through go-live and stabilization.
• Collaborate with diligence and on-site teams to ensure smooth post-close transitions.
