Job summary

Everleap Fertility in the United States is seeking an Integration Manager (Operations) to lead onboarding and integration of acquired practices, ensuring alignment with clinical and cultural standards while supporting rapid network growth.

You will own the integration playbook, coordinate with Clinical Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT, and drive standardization of workflows, facilities, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations or operations-focused M&A integration roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-site operational workstreams with competing timelines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to build playbooks and dashboards.
• Experience with facility management, vendor coordination, and healthcare supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the operational integration playbook for newly acquired clinics.
• Develop 30/60/90-day plans with milestones for workflow adoption and staffing transitions.
• Coordinate operational integration workstreams with Clinical Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
• Track operational integration progress against plan and escalate risks to leadership.
• Support pre-close diligence by gathering target-company operational data and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate diligence findings into actionable operational workplans.
• Lead clinical operations integration and standardization across acquired locations.
• Oversee facility build-out, compliance, and equipment readiness.
