Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks an Energy Americas M&A Integration Director to lead post-acquisition integration, focusing on operations, execution, and value realization. This role coordinates across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to standardize processes and drive synergies.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in integration management within manufacturing/industrial settings and a strong ERP/SAP background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in integration management, operations leadership, or a related field.
• Proven track record leading post-acquisition integrations in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and drive objectives.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-acquisition integration planning and execution, ensuring operational readiness and performance.
• Develop and manage detailed integration plans, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting across all workstreams.
• Assess and align manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, and operating processes for a consistent operating model.
• Drive synergies and value realization while minimizing disruption to customers and operations.
• Create and execute change management plans to engage talent and align organizations around a common operating model.
• Develop a scalable M&A integration framework and ERP/business system integration playbook.
