ASM, a global leader in semiconductor equipment, seeks a Senior Director, M&A Integration to lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution across a global organization. You will coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, product management, HR, finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration while preserving business continuity and delivering strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• 12+ years in M&A integration, transformation, or corporate development.
• Experience leading cross-functional integration in semiconductor or industrial tech.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Business/Operations; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions, tech purchases and investments.
• Develop and manage integration plans, timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, product, HR, finance and IT.
• Identify risks affecting continuity, customer commitments, or retention; implement mitigations.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and drive alignment during integration.
