• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to liaise with internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain due diligence and integration checklists, track milestones, and provide status updates to the M&A team.
• Coordinate setup and transition of service providers, systems, licenses, and permits for new acquisitions.
• Identify risks and regulatory requirements when entering new markets.
• Serve as central coordinator across finance, HR, IT, operations, and local management.
• Identify opportunities to create synergies and standardize processes across acquisitions.
• Support other M&A and integration projects as needed.
