Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned Client Executive- Private Equity/ M&A Risk Management to work with clients and EPIC Financial Services teams on new business strategies and portfolio management.

You will coordinate the proposal process, align internal resources, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients in the NYC or Greenwich, CT area, with a twice‑weekly in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage forms, policy structure, and terminology.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Self-starter with initiative and time-management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain new business pipeline.
• Coordinate internal EPIC resources on a new deal and drive strategy sessions with teams and client.
• Assign proper service team and transition account.
• Portfolio management support during renewals and diligence.
• Prepare stewardship reports for Private Equity firms.
• Servicing of select Private Equity firms where applicable.
• Maintain trackers and pipelines for clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with producers and placements teams to deliver best-in-class service.
