Jobot in Dallas, TX seeks an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services focused on Financial Due Diligence. You will support private equity and corporate clients on M&A, performing detailed financial analysis, modeling, and issue-detection as part of diligence teams.

The role requires 3+ years in financial due diligence, familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx, solid US GAAP knowledge, and CPA pursuit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 2 years of financial due diligence).
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and transaction-related issues.
• CPA (or at minimum, pursuing a CPA).
