Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Senior Manager, M&A Operations, to act as the dedicated finance lead for acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, and other strategic transactions.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and value realization across the deal lifecycle, partnering with corporate development, finance, accounting, tax, and M&A workstreams to enable successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Transaction Finance, Integration Finance, Corporate Development Finance, or related field.
• Direct experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, or large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex budgets, forecasts, and executive-level financial reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead for acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, and other strategic transactions.
• Provide end-to-end financial leadership across the deal lifecycle, including diligence, integration, and value capture.
• Develop and manage transaction and integration budgets in partnership with functional stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting and reforecasting activities across active transactions and integration programs.
• Monitor spend, commitments, accruals, and forecasts against budgets; identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish financial governance processes for transaction and integration costs.
• Prepare financial reporting and executive updates for governance forums and senior leadership.
