CBRE is seeking a Global Finance Lead to serve as the senior financial partner, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across a multinational setup. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, balance sheet management, working capital optimization, and cross-functional business partnering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 10+ years in financial management with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in multinational, multi-site environments.
• Advanced financial modeling, ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tool proficiency.
• Strong regional knowledge and executive stakeholder influence.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and working capital.
• Partner with regional leaders to analyze profitability and investments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Develop and mentor the local finance team; drive process improvements.
