Zusammenfassung

McKesson seeks a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to drive the financial planning, execution, and integration of mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to shape integration strategies and manage Day 1 readiness and post-close value realization.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, due diligence, and executive-level communication, leading finance workstreams across the transaction lifecycle and ensuring robust forecasting,

Qualifikationen

Experience in M&A finance, corporate development, or post-merger integration.
Experience building and analyzing financial models, forecasts, budgets, or valuation analyses.
Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing financial or operational risks.

Aufgaben

Develop financial integration strategies, roadmaps, governance processes, and readiness plans.
Build and evaluate financial models related to integration costs, working capital, and value realization.
Lead finance workstreams and Day 1 readiness for post-close integration.
Establish processes for financial reporting, internal controls, and revenue recognition.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address financial and operational risks.
