Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to lead financial integration across the merger lifecycle. You will develop integration strategies, build financial models, and partner with Corporate Development, IT, and Operations to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and ongoing value realization.

The role requires strong modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration experience, with hybrid work in the U.S. and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in M&A finance, corporate development, transaction advisory, financial due diligence, corporate finance, or post-merger integration.
• Experience building and analyzing financial models, forecasts, budgets, or valuation analyses.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing financial or operational risks.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects or transaction deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning, reporting, or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial integration strategies, roadmaps, governance, and readiness plans.
• Build and evaluate financial models related to integration costs, working capital, synergies, and value realization.
• Lead pre-close due diligence and input into transaction structures and integration plans.
• Lead finance workstreams for Day 1 readiness and post-close integration.
• Establish processes for reporting, controls, cash management, and revenue recognition.
• Manage integration budgets, timelines, risks, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with BU Finance, IT, and Operations to align forecasting and analytics.
• Support post-close reviews and opportunities to improve future integrations.
