Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in M&A finance or related fields.
Experience building and analyzing financial models, forecasts, budgets, or valuations.
Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing financial or operational risks.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning/analytic tools.

Responsibilities

Develop financial integration strategies, roadmaps, governance processes, and readiness plans aligned with transaction objectives.
Build and evaluate financial models related to integration costs, working capital, synergies, cost savings, and value realization.
Review historical and projected financial statements, physician compensation arrangements, and operational assumptions.
Assess target-company financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting capabilities to identify integration risks and dependencies.
Support financial due diligence and provide input into transaction structures, commercial arrangements, and integration plans.
Partner with Corporate Development, Operations, Legal, HR, Tax, Compliance, and other stakeholders to address financial and operational risks.
