Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close planning and due diligence activities, developing integration roadmaps and governance.
• Manage Day 1 readiness and post-close integration across finance processes and systems.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance for integration programs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Operations, Legal, HR, Tax, Compliance, and IT to address risks and dependencies.
• Support financial reviews, audits, and continuous improvement of integration processes.
