Qualifications

• Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, or valuation analyses.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing financial or operational risks.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and transaction-related deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial integration strategies, roadmaps, governance processes, and readiness plans.
• Build and evaluate financial models related to integration costs, working capital, synergies, cost savings, and value realization.
• Review historical and projected financial statements, physician compensation arrangements, and operational assumptions.
• Assess target-company financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting capabilities to identify risks.
• Support financial due diligence and input into transaction structures and integration plans.
• Lead finance workstreams and readiness activities for Day 1 execution.
• Establish processes for financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, revenue recognition, and expense management.
• Track synergy capture, cost savings, and value-realization milestones.
• Provide updates to senior leaders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
