Job summary

McKesson Corporation in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to lead financial integration strategies, models, and due diligence across transactions. You will partner with Corporate Development, Operations, Legal, HR, Tax, and Compliance to manage risks and set integration roadmaps.

This role focuses on Day 1 readiness, post-close value realization, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7 or more years of relevant experience.
Experience in M&A finance, corporate development, transaction advisory, financial due diligence, corporate finance, or post-merger integration.
Experience building and analyzing financial models, forecasts, budgets, or valuation analyses.
Experience reviewing financial statements and assessing financial or operational risks.

Responsibilities

Lead finance workstreams and readiness activities for Day 1 execution.
Establish processes for financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, revenue recognition, and expense management.
Support the transition of acquired businesses onto McKesson's financial systems and reporting platforms.
Manage integration budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Track synergies, cost savings, and value realization milestones.
