Job summary

Senior M&A Finance Analyst at Adobe will drive strategy, timing, and orchestration of integration motions within the CAO organization, leading end-to-end M&A transactions from diligence to post-merger integration.

This role can be based in San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week). You’ll partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to define plans, track KPIs, and ensure value realization across large deals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Global M&A and large-scale integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong finance acumen across multiple finance workstreams and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful and timely delivery of M&A integration activities and key deliverables.
• Ensure alignment across integration strategy, approach, and operating model.
• Define and operationalize finance workstream strategies with detailed integration plans and timelines.
• Develop and maintain integration KPIs to measure value drivers.
• Identify and implement best-in-class practices to enable repeatable M&A processes.
