Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Accountant, M&A Accounting to support its rapid growth and global integration efforts. You will partner with a dedicated team to centralize M&A accounting activities and lead pre-close due diligence and Day One post-acquisition readiness.

The role requires strong execution, cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Development, Legal, PMI, Tax, and Technical Accounting, and hands-on experience with ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience at lead/manager level or equivalent.
• Experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.
• Strong ERP background with hands-on experience integrating acquired business processes.
• Familiarity with IFRS or similar standards is preferred.
• CPA or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and partner with a dedicated M&A accounting team to centralize and execute all M&A-related activities.
• Lead and assist with pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
• Lead Day One post-acquisition readiness, including onboarding and integration planning for people, processes, and systems.
