Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or home care administration; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in the home care industry.
• Lead due diligence across financial, legal, regulatory, and operations.
• Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration planning and transitions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to support M&A strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful transactions.
• Prepare financial models, investment memos, and reports for leadership.
• Support executive leadership in identifying strategic growth through M&A.
• Travel to various U.S. locations to oversee acquisition processes.
