LiveWell Partners in St. Louis, MO seeks an M&A Associate to actively support acquisition and integration efforts, building valuation models and analyses used in deal decisions.

The role collaborates with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, IT, and external advisors to close and integrate home health and hospice agencies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with curiosity, asks insightful questions, and thrives with incomplete information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, accounting, finance, or commercial banking.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or healthcare services preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated self-direction and curiosity; ability to pursue answers independently.
• Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with QuickBooks or other ERP packages.

Responsabilités

• Support the full acquisition and integration process with analyses, schedules, and materials.
• Build and maintain valuation models from historical and forecasted data.
• Own assigned workstreams end to end and drive questions to resolution.
• Identify and quantify synergy opportunities for targets.
• Support due diligence with organizing materials and QA of earnings.
