We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Coordinator to lead and manage our nationwide expansion strategy through strategic acquisitions. This role will be instrumental in identifying and executing M&A opportunities that align with Serenity’s mission and growth goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen, home care industry insight, and exceptional communication skills to navigate complex deals and ensure successful integration.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the home care industry by analyzing financial, operations, and market positioning.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence processes including financial, legal, regulatory, and operational assessments.
• Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions in alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Coordinate and implement post-acquisition integration plans to ensure seamless operational transitions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to support M&A strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure all aspects of transactions are executed effectively.
• Prepare financial models, investment memos, and reports to present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:
