Job summary

Thrive Physical Therapy Partners in Chicago seeks an Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to evaluate partnership opportunities, support analytical rigor, and drive closings in a high-growth environment.

The role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and requires on-site work four days a week in Chicago. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in related fields and a strong foundation in finance, due diligence, and deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• 1–3 years in accounting/ FP&A/ investment banking or PE.
• Strong analytical skills and data-analysis proficiency.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and analyzing potential acquisition opportunities
• Preparing investment review packages for management and board
• Performing due diligence, valuation, and proposal development
• Drafting LOIs and purchase agreements with senior management
• Wearing multiple hats and collaborating in a fast-paced environment
