Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide for due diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in the home care sector.
• Lead due diligence across financial, legal, regulatory and operational areas.
• Negotiate deal terms and structure transactions to meet strategic goals.
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration plans for a seamless transition.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory updates to inform M&A strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers on transactions.
• Prepare financial models, investment memos, and leadership reports.
