• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed or eligible to practice in the jurisdiction of the hiring office, with in-person work expectations (3 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including mergers and acquisitions context
• Provide guidance on equity compensation for corporations and partnerships and IRC sections 280G and 409A
• Collaborate across offices and draft client-ready analyses and recommendations
